Losing materials

So I have played this game for about 2 years and I love it. The Last couple months Ive been keeping up with the materials I get and how I use them on a spreadsheet. Today the materials that they gave me I already had recorded as having them. The first 2 I came across I said maybe I just messed up on my spreadsheet but no all 38 materials that I had today were duplicates. For example if I showed I had 12 of the 14 sheets of steel I needed. My game was telling me I only had 10 of those sheets. I hope this was just a glitch today because I wont continue playing this game if they cheat me out of materials. Game developers this needs to be fixed!
